Eugene Thamon Simpson, passed away at his home in Sicklerville, NJ on May 2, 2021 at 89 years of age.
Eugene Thamon Simpson was a master musician, choral director, composer and arranger of Spirituals, and biographer of Hall Johnson. He was a personal friend and advisor of the Schiller Institute NYC Chorus and its founder, Diane Sare.
